Academic Requirements:

✔️A package with a Diploma level course at Norton Institute is required for the completion of a VET certificate in Australia at the Diploma level or successful completion of a Tertiary level course in Australia or abroad, such as a bachelor's level degree.

Credit Transfer:

Norton Institute will assess every individual application to BSB80120  and provide recognition through a Credit Transfer arrangement for the expected units of competency.

English Language Requirements:

• Academic IELTS 5.5 overall, no less than 5.0 in each band, or upper intermediate, or EAP from an approved ELICOS/ESL centre. Any AQF qualification at the Diploma level or above in any discipline area delivered and assessed in English only will be deemed as meeting the English language entry requirements

Through the (Moodle platform) and course handouts, we enable access to your course materials. The cost of the course materials is $600. The workbooks and textbooks for the course are available for purchase. At the Norton Institute, computers are available for student use, and necessary software (such as the Microsoft suite) is installed on the computers for student usage.

As part of the requirements for each unit's assessment, students must complete a variety of assignments. Outside of class time, each unit evaluation requires between 9 to 20 hours. Some such assessment techniques are:

If credit is granted, international students may have their course and visa shortened.

Students will gain a nationally recognized certification in BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) upon successful completion of all required units of this program. Students who do not complete all required units may be eligible for a Statement of Attainment in partial completion of a BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning).

No specific pathway is set in stone, but we highly recommend having either a Diploma in Leadership and Management or an Advanced Diploma in Business.

The delivery method is a mixed one that combines in-person and online delivery. Classroom Learning: In this mixed mode, we perform face-to-face instruction for 15 hours a week and 5 hours a week of organized online study. The instructors will go over the 15 hours per week of classroom instruction after beginning the course. In classroom instruction, they will get PowerPoint-supported lectures and visual topic material with practice time, group projects, and oral presentations. Structured Online Learning: An additional 5 hours per week are scheduled outside of class where you can review and practice to reinforce what you learned in class.
